**Basic Function**:
The purpose of the job is to conduct quality control within the Site, especially for product testing covering from incoming material, online, finished products and other samples in collaberation to Product Application Development. Critical responsibility to ensure routine product quality assurance at site.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assure daily operation is in line with Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
- Key responsibilities include operate the injection molding machines, support in conducting product trials for new product development, specimen creation on machines o conducting trials on new molds etc.
- Daily upkeep and maintenance of injection molding machines.
- Timely completion of product testing (in-process inspection) of PP & EP compounding product and product preservation (before and after the curing period) during the shifts.
- Keep data accurate and update on time in QA software & SAP.
- Daily verification and maintenance of the lab equipment.
- Keep good housekeeping of QA lab, injection-molding area and sample retention area.
- Authority to stop production to correct quality problems & ensuring conformity to product requirements.

**Min. Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma / Bachelors in plastic engineering / Polymers, Or PG Diploma in Plastic Processing and Testing.
- Around two years laboratory testing working experience, working in in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.

**Functional Competencies**:

- Hands on experience in online testing like MFR, Ash content, color, viscosity & moisture content as per ISO & ASTM D standard to Engineering Plastics & PP compounding material.
- Sound knowledge about color spectrophotometer.
- Able to operate UTM machine for testing of mechanical properties.
- Good knowledge about operation of injection molding machine
- Exposure to SAP.
- Basic awareness about color matching skill.
- Familiar with QC tools, such as fish-bone chart, Plato etc.
- Ability to manage testing activities in a shift, independently.
- Good command to Microsoft Office and Excel, familiarity with QC software / data input systems.
