**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribe doctor’s notes, medical reports, and diagnostic information.
- Ensure medical documents are free from errors and follow standard medical formatting.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy patient files, ensuring information is updated regularly.
- Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to ensure timely completion of reports and documentation.
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High typing speed with accuracy.
- Prior experience as a medical typist or in a similar role is preferred/ Freshers can also apply.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with medical transcription software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
