Onbound/Inbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to customers or answer inbound queries, depending on the project or campaign. Customer Support:
Provide information about products, services, or promotions, and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively. Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities when applicable. Data Entry:
Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the CRM. Team Collaboration:
Work with supervisors and other team members to achieve overall team objectives. Requirements: Educational Qualification:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO-related work. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s). Customer Service Skills:
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, with a focus on problem-solving. Sales Skills (optional):
If applicable, a basic understanding of sales techniques. Key Attributes:
1.Strong interpersonal skills. 2.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 3.A positive attitude and team spirit.
