Tele Caller Executive

**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote products or services.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer inbound calls from customers, address their queries, and provide solutions or direct them to the appropriate department.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up..
- **Sales and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
- **Adherence to Scripts**: Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales
