**About us**:
Solino Home, a vibrant home decor company committed to elevating homes' aesthetics, is in search of a Textile Designer to join our team.

The compensation package will be flexible and commensurate with your capabilities, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create original têxtile designs, patterns, and prints for various products in home têxtiles.
- Plan Collections from concept to execution.
- Producing sketches, designs and samples for presentation to clients.
- Finalizing the fabric based on the designs with suitable and required count and construction.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to produce detailed and accurate design specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to oversee the creation of têxtile samples and prototypes.
- Collaborate with US team and Merchandising team for timely executive of design
- Knowledge of weaving techniques.
- Knowledge of Penelope, Textronic software and other design tools is a plus.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in têxtile design or a related role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of têxtile production processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent colour sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
