Job description:
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Calendar management and associated tasks, booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, etc.
- Logistics & arrangement
- Schedules and organizes complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, lunch arrangements, travel plans and department activities.
- Schedule and implement organizations staff meetings, events and off sites.
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with mínimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
