Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for automation use cases.
- Design and document intelligent automation workflows using AI/ML technologies.
- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to implement solutions using:

- Computer Vision for image/video analysis.
- LLMs for natural language understanding and generation.
- OCR for document digitization and data extraction.
- vLMs for multimodal data interpretation.
- Agents: Orchestration tools like langraph or autogen
- Define KPIs and success metrics for automation projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI models with Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Azure Functions).
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of automation solutions.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments.
- Proven experience in automation projects involving AI/ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of:

- Computer Vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2).
- LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers).
- OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer, ABBYY).
- vLMs (e.g., CLIP, Flamingo, GPT-4V).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
