Job Description:
As an Operations Associate in our FMCG company, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our business processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresh MBA graduate to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day operational activities across different departments within the organization, including production, supply chain, logistics, and distribution.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and optimization to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery deadlines.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in vendor management, including sourcing, negotiations, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Support quality control initiatives by monitoring product quality, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to FMCG operations.

Qualifications:

- Recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or work experience in operations or supply chain management is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Passion for the FMCG industry and a desire to pursue a career in operations management.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
