Tele Caller

**About Us**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, and clients
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly call targets and conversion rates
- Update CRM software with call logs, lead status, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handovers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or telesales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and meet sales targets
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
