Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing, branding, social media, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling visual content.
- Manage pre-production tasks including conceptualization, storyboarding, location scouting, and shot planning.
- Edit raw video footage into engaging, professional-grade content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Enhance and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Organize and archive visual assets systematically for easy retrieval.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and editing techniques.
- Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 3+ years in photography and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and editing software.
- Strong knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Excellent visual storytelling and composition skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Degree/Diploma in Photography, Film Production, Media, or related fields is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and trends (Reels, YouTube, Shorts, etc.).
- Drone photography/videography skills and certification (if applicable).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
