The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and software, particularly **IDS Next** hotel management software. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, and supporting various departments with IT-related needs.

**Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure Management**
- Maintain and troubleshoot the hotel’s hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor server performance, backups, and IT security measures.
- Ensure internet and Wi-Fi connectivity across the hotel for guests and staff.

**2. IDS Next Hotel Software Management**
- Manage and configure IDS Next hotel management system (PMS, POS, ERP, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve IDS-related issues and liaise with the vendor when needed.
- Train hotel staff on IDS functionalities and ensure proper usage.

**3. IT Support & Troubleshooting**
- Provide technical support to hotel staff for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot network, printer, and system connectivity problems.
- Ensure mínimal downtime of IT services to avoid operational disruptions.

**4. Data Security & Compliance**
- Implement data protection and cybersecurity policies in line with industry standards.
- Regularly update antivirus, firewalls, and software patches.
- Maintain data backup and recovery systems to prevent data loss.

**5. Vendor & Asset Management**
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and accessories.
- Recommend and implement new technologies to improve hotel operations.

**6. System Upgrades & Future Planning**
- Assist in IT projects such as new system implementations and integrations.
- Keep up with emerging hospitality technology trends.
- Suggest improvements to optimize IT operations and guest experiences.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience in hotel IT operations, preferably with IDS Next experience.**:

- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and IT security.
- Hands-on experience with IDS Next PMS, POS, and ERP modules.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, servers, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support a 24/7 hotel operation.
- Strong communication and training skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
