**Responsibilities**:
**Online Marketing**:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for online platforms to attract, inform, and engage the target audience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of online marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

**Google Ads Management**:Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and return on investment (ROI).
Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad placements to ensure campaign effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommended improvements.

**Rebranding and Strategy**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute rebranding strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Introduce innovative and creative ideas to refresh the brand image and enhance market positioning.
Oversee the implementation of rebranding initiatives across various digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals.
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

**Content Creation and Engagement**:Conceptualize and create compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia materials.
Foster online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1 year in digital marketing, online advertising, and Google Ads management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and strategies for rebranding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
