- Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from a reputed institute or college or university
- Experience of 1-2 years in video editing and creating content
- Proficiency in content creation for various platforms
- Ability to understand and interpret design briefs

- Skills in creating visually compelling infographics
- Ability to present valuable company information effectively through infographics

**Role and responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new video content ideas
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team to create high-engagement posts in both static and video formats
- Work with content creator and content writer to plan and deliver the weekly tasks
- Come up with creative ways to communicate the ideas/thoughts shared by content writers and creators
- Populate, update, and maintain the brand gallery that has various assets, guidance, notes, and resources necessary for a consistent and highly effective brand expression basis our communication values and guidelines
- Ensure consistency in brand attributes in all assets created so that targeted brand association takes place for every asset using colors, design language, elements, and iconography
- Ensure that all collaterals and assets created are high impact, neat, visual first, state-of-the-art, and bring brand value and positioning
- Bring in the latest trends and developments in design including AI and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our design and assets
