- Engage in outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Promote products/services, answer inquiries, and handle customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers based on provided leads or lists.
- Introduce company products/services to potential clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Update customer information and interactions in the database.
- Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Achieve weekly/monthly call targets and sales quotas.
