About the Role: Academic Counsellor is the face of Infinity Learn for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage Infinity Learn’s products for their learning for Grades 6 to 12+. This is an individual contributorrole in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading Infinity Learn’s uniqueway of learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Achievement: Drive sales growth by consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls daily with prospective students & their parents. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales process till closure.
- Client Engagement: Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to potential clients.
Desired Skills
- Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment Qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and earning incentives.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
- Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly with products and services for theK-12 education sector’s Test Prep segment, is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
Working Days:
- 6 days working week. Monday Fixed week off
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
