As a Reactivation Officer at 5paisa Ltd., you will be responsible for reactivating dormant client accounts and driving engagement with our platform. Leveraging your NISM 8 certification and expertise in financial markets, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing client participation in investment opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educating clients about new investment products, features, and services offered by 5paisa Ltd.
- Developing personalized reactivation strategies to encourage clients to resume trading activities.
- Providing assistance with account management, including account opening, KYC compliance, and documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieving monthly reactivation targets and contributing to the overall business growth objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
