**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily task briefing.
- Responsible for safety.
- Communication with customers.
- Delivering daily production target with optimum utilization of resources.
- Production planning as per customer requirements
- Manpower handling.
- Product and Process Improvements to get increased productivity & OEE.
- Analyzing complaints (In house) & take corrective action & preventive action
- Data collection (rejection/rework data) & analysis of daily basis.
- New production line buyoff with all check point.
- Implementation of Kaizen & Poke
- Yoke.
- Line balancing and bottleneck problem.
- Reduction of cycle time by time & motion study.
- Planning for Preventive Maintenance of production machines
- Provide training of equipment’s to the workers.
- Manpower deployment / manpower up gradation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
