**Job Role-** **Student counselor cum Tele-caller**

**Location
- Kochi**

As a Student Counselor cum Tele-caller, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. You will be responsible for providing counseling services to prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process. Additionally, you will engage in tele-calling activities to reach out to potential students and promote our educational programs and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and requirements.
- Providing detailed information about our educational programs, admission procedures, and academic offerings.
- Advising students on course selection, career opportunities, and educational pathways based on their interests and aspirations.
- Generating leads through telecalling activities and maintaining a database of prospective students.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract potential students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in counseling or customer service roles, preferably in an educational institution or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with students.
- Ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM systems.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
