Assess and manage patients under consultant supervision, including history taking, examination, and treatment planning.
- Update consultants regularly on patient condition and progress.
- Reassess patients each shift, document findings, and ensure proper bedside handover.
- Provide patient care as per plan, including medications, dressings, and procedures (e.g., intubation, central line, ABG, ECG, taps/aspirations).
- Supervise nursing staff, especially for high-risk drugs and blood transfusions.
- Attend Code Blue events and assist in emergencies.
- Explain procedures, obtain consent, and maintain complete, accurate documentation.
- Assist consultants with discharge summaries, patient/family education, and daily rounds.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in CME, hospital promotional, and CSR activities.
- Ensure timely cross-consultations with relevant specialists
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
