**Job Description: Butler for UHNI Family in New Delhi**

**Position**: Butler

**Location**: New Delhi

**Salary**: INR 60,000 to 70,000 per month

**About the Position**:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Butler to join a prestigious UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) family in New Delhi. The Butler will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the household, providing exceptional service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Attend to guests’ needs, preferences, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate and manage guest arrivals and departures.
- **Household Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of household supplies, groceries, and beverages.
- Coordinate with other domestic staff to ensure seamless teamwork.
- **Fine Dining and Culinary Services**:

- Assist in planning and executing formal dinners, luncheons, and events.
- Set up and serve meals, beverages, and refreshments in a sophisticated manner.
- Display knowledge of fine dining etiquette and formal table service.
- **Wardrobe Management**:

- Care for and manage the wardrobe, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
- Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Provide personalized assistance to family members as required.
- Handle tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and coordinating activities.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain open communication with other household staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with external service providers for various needs, such as repairs and maintenance.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in organizing and executing special events, gatherings, and celebrations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event-related requirements.
- **Security and Privacy**:

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard the family’s privacy and well-being.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of formal etiquette, fine dining, and household management.
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service.
- Discretion, integrity, and respect for privacy are essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
