Parenteral Packaging Supervisor

Packing Supervisor - Injectable Plant (Ampoule & Vial)Department: Packing Reports To: Packing Manager / Production Head
- Experience Required: 3-7 years in sterile injectable packing (ampoule & vial)
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant technical qualification

**Job Purpose**:

- To supervise and coordinate day-to-day shop floor packing operations in the injectable production plant, ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and production targets for ampoule and vial packaging.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of ampoule and vial packing lines on the shop floor.Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards during the packing process.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth execution of batch packing.Monitor packing line equipment for performance and escalate maintenance requirements.
- Conduct line clearance, reconciliation, and documentation review as per regulatory requirements.Maintain and ensure correct usage of materials (labels, cartons, inserts, etc.).
- Verify batch packing records (BPR), in-process checks, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Train and guide packing operators and assistants in standard procedures and hygiene practices.
- Ensure timely execution of the production schedule with mínimal downtime or deviation.
- Monitor and enforce safety and cleanliness protocols on the packing floor.
- Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure readiness of the packing area.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and waste reduction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
