YOUR ROLE

Join our company as we embark on an exciting global digital transformation of our Record-To-Report process using the Redwood Finance Automation tool. We’re looking for an accounting professional who has hands-on experience with Redwood and a knack for understanding business needs. In this role, you will enhance automation by identifying auto-certification opportunities, defining rules, and supporting the technical team in configuration phases. You’ll lead design workshops, collaborate with functional teams, and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This position offers opportunities for growth, allowing you to shape your career path as you contribute to streamlining our financial processes.

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience with Redwood Finance Automation and its components.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, including FI/CO, GL, AR, and AP.
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to design and document end-to-end accounting processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
- Positive mindset with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with agile project management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
