We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mediclaim Executive to join our team. The Mediclaim Executive will be responsible for managing and processing medical insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate claim settlements, and providing excellent customer service to policyholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and review medical insurance claims to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Verify and validate claim documents, medical records, and policy details.
- Liaise with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and policyholders to resolve claim issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain and update records of all claims and follow up on pending claims.
- Provide clear and accurate information to policyholders regarding claim status and policy coverage.
- Assist in the investigation of fraudulent claims and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management) preferred.
- Previous experience in medical claims processing or health insurance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, medical terminology, and claims processing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computer software and databases for claims processing and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Primarily office-based work with extended periods of computer use.
- Ability to manage stress and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
