**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Present Market News: Deliver up-to-date news and analysis on the real estate market, including trends, investment opportunities, and market forecasts.

Conduct Interviews: Interview industry experts, developers, real estate agents, and other key figures to provide valuable insights and perspectives to our audience.

Market Analysis: Analyze and interpret real estate data, market reports, and economic indicators to provide informed commentary.

Live Coverage: Provide live coverage of major real estate events, conferences, and breaking news in the real estate sector.

Research and Preparation: Conduct thorough research on real estate topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with producers, researchers, and other team members to develop compelling content and ensure smooth production of real estate segments.

Script Writing: Write and edit scripts for news segments, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.

Engage with Audience: Interact with viewers through social media and other platforms to build engagement and respond to questions and feedback.

Adhere to Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards in reporting and adhere to the company's editorial policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 of experience as a news anchor, reporter, or in a real estate-related role.

**Skills**:Strong understanding of the real estate market and related economic factors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong on-air presence and confidence.

Ability to analyze and present complex information in an understandable manner.

Familiarity with news production software and newsroom operations.
