**Designation: Sr. Engineer Machine Shop / Incharge**

Experience: Min 7 Years

**Qualification : B.E. /Dip**

**Salary**: 50K to 80K pm

Location: Vasai East
- Responsible for coordinating, and tracking machining activity and complete within given time. (Plan Vs Actual).
- Assists Contractor to complete schedules production activities as per scope, Process Sheet, SOP, and control sheet.
- Adherence to Quality requirements and Safety.
- Monitor and analyse variable cost like, consumable, tooling, rework, PPE, etc.
- Decide machining process sequence, active participate in new part development.
- Maintain upkeep in machining area, 5’S, participate in continual improvement activity.
- Reviews production reports and back-orders and adjusts schedule to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Good Knowledge of GD & T and drawing reading, work closely with engineering team to modify/change drawing as per manufacturing feasibility.
- Prepare Work instructions, HIRA, Production reports, Process Sheet, maintain data base in MS office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
