In-house Legal Counsel

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
- Provide proactive legal advice and solutions to mitigate risks associated with business operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand legal requirements and align them with business objectives.
- Manage and monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations that could impact the company.
- Handle disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal processes to streamline operations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); an LLM or specialization in corporate/commercial law is a plus.
- Admission to the bar or an equivalent legal qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a similar in-house role or with a reputed law firm.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
