**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, organize, and manage data across multiple departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the organization’s database systems.
- **Report Preparation**:

- Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update MIS systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- **Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in business operations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with different departments to gather requirements and improve data flow.
- Assist teams in understanding MIS reports and tools.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, systems, and reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles.
