Manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors and workers, assigning tasks and resolving site-related issues.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent is followed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material delivery and quality checks.
- Inspect and monitor work to ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
- Address and rectify any discrepancies or defects on-site.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of site progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on work status and challenges.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Address delays and implement measures to stay on track with deadlines.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot design and execution issues.
- Oversee the receipt and storage of materials, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Manage inventory to avoid wastage or shortages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
