We are looking for ‘**CMM Operator** **CUM Programmer’** with the experience from **Aerospace Industry** who is our one of the most leading client

- **Educational Background**:ITI, Diploma (Bachelor's degree may be an advantage)
- **Years of Experience**:3 to 5 Years
- **Job Location** Wagholi, Pune
- **Job Salary Budget**: Around 25K to 28 K Per Month

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- **Measuring**: Using the CMM to measure parts, prototypes, and check dimensions against a blueprint
- **Documenting**: Preparing detailed inspection reports and documentation
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshooting issues with the machinery and measurement programs
- **Maintaining**: Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the CMM machines
- **Ensuring safety**: Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
- **Communicating**: Communicating any issues
- **Keeping records**: Keeping a record of inventory
- Some other responsibilities of a CMM operator include:

- Understanding technical drawings
- Having excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Skills Required -**
- Shall be able to do **2D and 3D programming** individually.
- Shall have complete knowledge of **Machine operation**.
- Shall be able to do setting individually
- Shall be able to understand the **drawing requirement.**:

- Shall have complete knowledge of using the **inspection gauges**.
- Shall have complete knowledge of **tooling selection**.
- Experience on **Hexagon Machine (PDCMIS)** preferred.
