**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design and Development**:
Create and execute innovative print designs for various retail POSMs. Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for print projects. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

**2. Technical Proficiency**:
Corel draw, Photoshop and 3D modelling (3Ds MAX) software to produce print-ready artwork. color management, and material selection.

**3. Project Management**:
Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to meet project timelines and objectives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printing issues.

**4. Retail POSM and OOH Expertise**:
Design and implement effective retail POSMs, including FSUs, CTUs, danglers, shelf strips, shelf highlighters, standees, catalogues, packaging, Hoardings, Billboards, kiosks etc. Stay updated on industry trends. and innovations in retail marketing and POSM design.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in print and display design.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw, Photoshop, and 3D modelling software.

In-depth knowledge of printing techniques and production processes.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print design projects, particularly in retail POSM.

**Skills**:Creative and artistic ability with a strong eye for detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
