Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute product launches on Ecom, including setting up new product listings.
- Plan and implement promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and increase product visibility
- Create Content to Improve conversion of Ecom channels
- On Ecom channels implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address negative feedback if any.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, sales, and inventory teams to align Ecom strategies with overall business objectives.
