**You’ll be set up for success as a “Senior Associate-Student Success” at Miles if**:
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and address their needs. Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently handle and resolve student inquiries and escalations. Empathetic and patient demeanor to provide a positive and supportive experience for students. Active listening skills to understand student concerns and offer appropriate solutions. Adaptability to handle various situations and student personalities with professionalism. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to students. Conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations and de-escalate tensions. Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems for efficient data management. Positive attitude and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and support the overall student journey.

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
