Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently handle and resolve student inquiries and escalations. Empathetic and patient demeanor to provide a positive and supportive experience for students. Active listening skills to understand student concerns and offer appropriate solutions. Adaptability to handle various situations and student personalities with professionalism. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to students. Conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations and de-escalate tensions. Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems for efficient data management.
