Job Description: Driver with Excellent Driving Skills

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers, employees, or goods, while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

2. Safely operate assigned vehicles, including cars, vans.

3. Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance and servicing to keep it in optimal condition.

4. Plan routes effectively, considering traffic conditions, alternative routes, and time constraints, to ensure prompt arrival at destinations.

5. Assist passengers, including helping with loading and unloading their belongings, providing excellent customer service throughout their journey.

6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.

7. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance, and report any issues or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

8. Maintain a strong knowledge of the local area, including streets, landmarks, and routes, to provide accurate and timely transportation.

9. Stay up to date with road safety regulations and changes in traffic laws to ensure compliance and prioritize passenger safety.

10. Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability in meeting transportation schedules, while being adaptable to unforeseen circumstances or delays.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid driver's license appropriate to the type of vehicle being driven.

2. Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations.

3. Proven experience as a driver, with excellent driving skills and a solid knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

5. Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.

6. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including the ability to lift heavy items when required.

7. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments.

8. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on the organization's transportation needs.

**Salary**: The salary range for this position is between RS 12,000 to RS 15,000, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
