**Key Roles/Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Responsible for achieving assigned team target.
- Responsible for generating sales for his/ her territory.
- Responsible for building strong team as per business requirement.
- Keep track of team training and developmental needs and ensure adherence of the same.
- Responsible for handling major accounts of the given territory.
- Keeping track of team calls in line with must see list of each team member, ensuring field discipline.
- Track nonresponding accounts; align it by change of responsibility.
- Responsible for timely submission of weekly call report.
- Responsible for preparing inputs for monthly review meeting.
- **Administrative**:

- Supervise and monitor team performance
- Responsible for developing & streamlining MSL of respective team members.
- Responsible for doing weekly review of team & provide the inputs to improve efficiency.
- Prepare quotations & proposals for clients.
- Field vacancy management and coordination with HR
- Responsible for maintaining cordial relationship with the customers.
- Responsible for counseling and handling team grievances.
- Leave management.
- **Accounting**:

- Responsible for keeping strong follow-up on outstanding’s/ payments collections and reconciliation of accounts.
- **Marketing**:

- Responsible for planning and executing CME, Conferences, Camps, RTMs, event-based activities like heart day, diabetes day etc.
- **Academic**:

- Good and effective communication skills.
- Should be a good motivator and have leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Analytical skills.
- Should have handled a team of 4-5 members.
- Healthcare Industry knowledge preferred.
- Should be good with MS Office

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**

Total 5 - 7 years in healthcare sales with minimum 2 -3 years as first line manager.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
