**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated **ERP Coordinator** to be stationed at the school campus full-time. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and day-to-day usage of the School ERP system across all departments including teachers, admissions, security, transport, front office, and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site ERP Management**:

- Operate and manage the school ERP system from within the campus.
- Ensure all school departments actively use the ERP modules assigned to them.
- Provide on-the-spot support and troubleshoot system-related issues for staff.
- Monitor and ensure each department updates and utilizes their respective ERP modules regularly and accurately.
- **Training & User Support**:

- Train new and existing staff members on how to use the ERP system efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues within the school.
- **System Improvement**:

- Coordinate with ERP team for updates and enhancements based on staff feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field.
- Prior experience in school ERP coordination or similar roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with ERP softwares will be an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Ability to explain technical systems to non-technical users.

**Employment Type**: Full-time (On-campus role)

**Salary**: As per industry standards / negotiable
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (or as per school policy)

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
