Founded by Neville Wadia, Soleus specializes in Health Science (Strength and Conditioning), Physiotherapy, Pilates, Clinical Nutrition, Pre and Post-Natal Fitness, and Sports Remedial Massages. A qualified Exercise Professional from Fitness Australia and a postgraduate MBA from the University of South Australia, Neville specialises in exercise prescription, rehab, prehab, and working with special populations. He is also a qualified Master Rehab Trainer from the Rehab Trainer Institute in Australia.

Operations Admin / Operations Internship

**Location**

Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**
- Key point of contact for scheduling sessions for different services offered
- Managing the reception area
- phone calls, visitors, vendors, etc
- Ensuring timely and accurate customer services including new leads and existing client enquiries
- Transitioning to a new software by helping move previous data into the new system
- Maintaining the customer data with all contact details
- Collating and maintaining data of accounts
- payments and dues
- Preparing invoices of payments received
- Helping with operations related projects
- Attendance
- Keeping track of employees leave
- Carrying out daily errands to ensure smooth functioning of the studio
- Perform other relevant admin duties as requested

**Job Requirements**
- Education_

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Preferred Work Experience _
- Ideally, 0-3 years of Admin related work experience in a front desk support function or service centre
- Profound experience in customer service٫ office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Demonstrated Skills and Competencies_
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to plan, prioritize and problem solve independently
- Ability to build and foster effective and positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,634.33 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
