Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Sales Representative with a solid background in the agriculture sector to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients in the agricultural industry, and promoting our range of products and services. Your role will involve a combination of on-the-ground client engagement, market analysis, and strategic sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and understand local agricultural trends.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets within the assigned agricultural territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our agricultural offerings.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and features to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sale support.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in agriculture.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in field sales within the agriculture sector.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, services, and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in analyzing market data and adapting strategies based on changing market conditions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and prospects.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
