CTO with Investment

**Investment: ₹20-35 Lakhs (minimum ₹20lakhs with equity stakes)**

We are seeking a **Co-Founder** who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. This individual will be part of the **founding team** and will contribute not only financially through a strategic investment but also through active participation in the management and growth of the company. The Co-Founder will hold significant responsibility in decision-making and share in the equity of the business.

This role is a unique opportunity to be a key driver in the company’s success. The Co-Founder will share in the equity, risks, and rewards, and be deeply involved in both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to define the company's long-term vision and mission.
- Participate in setting company objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Work closely with key teams (technology, marketing, sales, product development) to drive overall company performance.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, optimizing the use of time, talent, and capital.

**Business Development & Growth**:

- Identify new opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Actively participate in securing clients, deals, and business ventures to accelerate company growth.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.

**Fundraising & Investor Relations**:

- Play a central role in fundraising activities, engaging with potential investors and partners.
- Effectively communicate the company’s vision, financials, and progress to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and aligning interests for long-term success

**Team Building & Culture Development**:

- Participate in building a high-performing and motivated team by recruiting top talent.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative company culture.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow and succeed within the company.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Provide strategic input into financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure financial health and sustainability by monitoring cash flow, revenue streams, and cost management.
- Contribute to setting financial targets and making strategic financial decisions.

**Product & Market Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure the company delivers value-driven products and services.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure market relevance.
- Contribute to product development, ensuring that offerings are innovative and aligned with customer demand.

**Risk Management**:

- Assess and mitigate risks related to business, financial, operational, and market environments.
- Ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are met, working closely with legal advisors as needed.

**Equity & Investment**:

- As an investor and equity holder, the Co-Founder will have a direct stake in the company’s success.
- Leverage financial investment to drive the company’s growth, while contributing to the strategic and operational direction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹16,047.96 - ₹83,436.12 per month
