As a Parcel Delivery Boy at Delhivery Limited, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Package Collection: Pick up parcels from designated warehouses or hubs.
- Delivery Execution: Deliver packages to customers’ addresses within specified timeframes.
- Route Management**: Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and handling any necessary payments.
- Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols while driving/riding and handling packages.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local geography and navigation tools.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying packages.

**Work** **Environment**:

- Field-Based Role: Most work will be outdoors, driving or cycling.
- Dynamic Schedule: The job may require flexibility in hours, including weekends or holidays.
