Security Officer

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of the facility, employees, and assets.

2. Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the facility and monitor CCTV cameras to detect and prevent any security breaches.

3. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.

4. Housekeeping and Horticulture: Maintain high standards of housekeeping and horticulture within the facility.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all security protocols, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in security operations, patrolling, and monitoring
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment
- Strong observational and reporting skills
- Ability to respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies and alarms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High level of physical fitness and stamina
- Relevant certifications or training in security or law enforcement are a plus
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is beneficial

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bazpur, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Security analysis: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
- English (required)
