As a Digital Marketing Analyst at IMAA trichy properties pvt ltd, you'll play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts and generating high-quality leads. You'll be responsible for utilizing your creative skills to craft compelling posters, engaging videos, and editing captivating content. Your analytical mindset will be essential for interpreting data and optimizing our marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create visually stunning posters and videos that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in poster creation, video editing, and shooting.
- Excellent analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Hardworking and dedicated with a passion for driving results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
