**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a warm welcome and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle visitor sign-ins and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with internal and external communication as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based work environment.
- Regular working hours (may include weekends or shifts depending on industry).
- Interaction with clients, guests, and staff.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
