We require an experienced salesperson for our three-storey furniture store.

As a furniture store salesperson, your main responsibility is to assist customers in finding and purchasing the right furniture for their needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customer preferences, and guiding them in making informed decisions.

Your duties will include:
1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.

2. Listening to customer requirements and preferences.

3. Showing customers various furniture options and explaining their features and benefits.

4. Providing product knowledge and answering any questions customers may have.

5. Assisting customers in selecting furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space.

6. Offering additional services such as delivery, installation, or warranty options.

7. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions. A good knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and trends is also essential.
