**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Chain Strategy**:

- Design, implement, and optimize supply chain processes to align with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies to improve cost efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **F&O Expertise**:

- Leverage deep knowledge of Finance & Operations modules (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O or equivalent ERP systems) to drive process improvement and ensure seamless SCM workflows.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align supply chain and financial objectives.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Streamline procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- **Implementation & Integration**:

- Lead the implementation and integration of SCM tools with existing systems, ensuring mínimal disruption.
- Partner with IT teams to customize F&O systems for specific supply chain requirements.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to manage demand planning, order fulfillment, and supplier relationships.
- Serve as a key advisor for cross-functional teams regarding SCM best practices.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Monitor key supply chain KPIs and generate detailed reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with proven expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O).
- **Technical Skills**: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, etc.), with a focus on SCM modules.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and work independently in a remote environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or PMP.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with global supply chain practices and compliance requirements.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
