**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Convert phone and in-person inquiries into student enrollments through effective counseling and guidance.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to prospective students about our culinary programs, including curriculum, faculty, facilities, and career opportunities.
- Conduct thorough counseling sessions to understand students' educational goals, career aspirations, and individual needs.
- Address student queries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status in our database/Excel sheets.
- Meet and exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institute.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to participate in promotional events, workshops, and information sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, program updates, and admission requirements to provide the most relevant and accurate information to prospective students.
- Adhere to the institute's policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with students and stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proactive and confident attitude with a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to build rapport with students and establish trust.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data management and record-keeping.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
