**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling a variety of electronic gadgets and beauty products to customers both offline and online. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and ensure that our products reach the right audience. This role requires a passion for tech and beauty, as well as a dedication to providing top-notch customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Manage sales both offline (in-store) and online (via e-commerce platforms).
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking products.
- Help create promotional campaigns and assist with marketing efforts both online and offline.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by offering solutions and addressing concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales or retail experience preferred, especially in electronics or beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions at once.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for technology, beauty, and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- No Degree Required
