**Location**: Hinjewadi Phase 1, pune (Onsite)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and placing orders as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
- Maintain a filing system for company documents and ensure that records are updated and easily accessible.
- Support HR with onboarding tasks, including preparation of employee records and orientation materials.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for company meetings, conferences, and staff events.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and tracking office expenses.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with HR or bookkeeping duties is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) or CRM tools.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
