Join a leading online education startup, urgently hiring a **Graphic Designer **in Kolkata to Conceptualize visuals based on requirements of the company. We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** Create and design various materials for digital and print
**2. **Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
**3. **Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
**4.** Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
**5. **Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
**6. **Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
**7. **Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
**8. **Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
**9. **Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
**10. **QA design for errors
**11. **Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
**12. **Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets**

Below are the qualifications that are expected of a graphic designer:
**1. **Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
**2.** Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design
**3.** Attention to detail.
**4. **Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
**5.** Strong analytical skills
**6.** Time management and organizational skills
**7.** Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
**8.** Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
**9.** Experience with both print and digital media.
