**Job Summary**
We are looking for an Architect / Architect Assistant, who can work at site & corporate office. To Develop & Create Architectural Design, Presentation Documents, Working Drawings and Detailing using AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max & Sketchup. clientele.
As an **Architect**, you will work with the Lead-Architect, under his guidance and supervision. You will be presenting projects demands for design and making drawings, details, site execution and monitoring and accomplishing the task efficiently.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Working on design development based on given concepts
- Assisting in the development of work plans and management for various construction projects
- Development of sustainable and cost-effective solutions for design and implementation
- Exploring building material, construction techniques and details as per the requirement of the projects
- Following up and coordination with the field team for timely execution of the projects
- Assisting in development of quality guidelines and standards for the field team
- Closely monitoring the projects for timely completion
- Assisting in training and capacity building of the field team
- Creating a pool of resources/vendors/service providers for related works
- Assisting in the development of school safety standards/guidelines in line with the present school safety project
- Designing and developing child friendly spaces and elements
- Research and development on sanitation, water filtration and management and related works
- Site supervision and monitoring of construction projects pan India
- Designing and developing reports/presentation/leaflets as per the project requirement
- Any other responsibilities related to this position as asked by the management, as and when required

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
