**Job Summary of Personal Assistant to the CEO**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communication and Coordination**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination between the hospital and solar company departments.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
**Project Management**:
Assist in the design and execution of various programs and activities to enhance footfalls in the hospital and grow the solar company's business.
**Data Management**:
**Language Skills**:
Utilize proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including patients, staff, and business partners.
**Presentation Skills**:
Prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the Managing Director, showcasing strong English vocabulary and writing skills.
**Managerial Capacity**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a healthcare or business setting.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi, both written and verbal.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
